The restoration included new burden boards, chequer grating, caned seat backs and sides, and rudder.

Adagio is sold complete with two pairs of sculls, one of the pairs could be an original due to the repairs to the blades over the years. The other pair is same traditional pattern but with alloy buttons. A real plus is that Adagio is sold complete with its own custom built our post suspension trailer. the trailer is fitted with side lights and trailer board socket.

This is surely the boat to while away afternoons on the river.

'This day was only the first of many similar ones for the emancipated Mole, each of them longer and fuller of interest as the ripening summer moved onward. He learnt to swim, and to row, and entered into the joy of running water; and with his ear to the reed stems he caught, at intervals, something of what the wind went whispering so constantly among them.'  The Wind in the Willows by Kenneth Grahame.
