This 12 foot sailing dinghy and yacht tender is based on the design by N. Herreshoff which he took from the tenders of the so called Columbia lifeboat. A very versatile sailing dinghy, that can also double as a yacht tender. They were designed to be towed behind a yacht as with its straight stem and deep curved forefoot meant it would not not dart and yaw like other models when towed.
